It was back in 2008 when we had the intensive fotoshooting in Uruguay, creating a campaign which was considered to be the landmark of our brand. Our “Metamorphosis”. Representing in many ways the cornerstones of our visions about ZwyerCaviar. Sea meets land. The old and the new melted together, transformed into a new being. A new way of interpretation. A fresh look at the old.

Even if the result of that shooting was exactly as we envisioned, we decided to go with this only on our homepage as an intro element.

Now we digged out the pictures and started to use it in selected hotel boutiques as an additional eye catcher.

Recently I have been touring around Singapore for an intensive meet & greet. 24 meetings in just 4 days. And I thought the Swiss work hard…I was amazed about the speed of things there. High professionalism with a gentle human touch. No contradiction at all! There I found a strong, competent partner, understanding the power of our brand and going the full mile with us. My thanks go out to Helene and her staff, as well as to Mr. Wierzelewski and his fellow team members.

I am looking forward to the next visit. Tasting some more of that jellyfish, but avoiding duck tongue.

We consider ourself very blessed being able to team up with such a high-end brand. Sharing similar mindsets will lead both brands to new shores when doing business jointly. At first glance it seems as two widely separated worlds. But both are very much present in the intimate realm of their customers. Their kitchen.

With the help of Swiss company UNISTO ZwyerCaviar now corroborates its pledge when talking about quality control.

As the staff of ZwyerCaviar personally selects the best lots at the producers sites before being shipped to its premises, we want to make sure that no malpractice can interfere with our precious goods. In order to avoid any swapping of caviar on the road, we came up with a personlized security seal. Security numbers make close reference to each operation for verification. It is to be considered as a confidence-building element for our customers.

In Holger Stromberg ZwyerCaviar found a highly reputational, influencial and committed brand ambassador for the german market.

Mr. Stromberg is well known through his professional role as the only designated chef for the german national soccer team. His catering company “Catering Stromberg” is a heavy weight player in big scale events throughout Europe. Back in 1994, when only 23 years old, he became Germany’s youngest Michelin star chef – ever.

We are proud to have him on board. Not only as an ambassador, but as the pleasant and purely authentic person he is perceived by.

The other day it was my pleasure to give school director, Mr. Rochat, and several of his staff member an insight into the world of ZwyerCaviar. After my presentation the gentlemen and true masters in their field of work could enjoy a sample tasting of some of our products. It was also an interesting meeting during which several future cooperations have been discussed.
