St. Moritz Aftermath: Prep work – Getting the CaviarDome ready

Looking back at this project it seems that there were many mountains to climb. A good preparation and coordination is half the work. A bad one multiplicates it. And even more when you rely on very few people. Obviously it was paramount for us to minimize our workload as much as possible.
