In the realm of caviar people tend to be more beautiful, maybe a bit louder and very very fashion minded. And in combination with the ingredients ‘St. Moritz’ and ‘Polo’ it really gets ‘miracular spectacular’!
True, for some the world is a stage.
Or in the words of Muhammad Ali: “I am not the greatest. I am the double greatest. Not only do I knock ‘em out, I pick the round.”

And at the end an interview with 10-goaler Pablo McDonough, who played on snow for his first time!

As a sponsor there is always included some sweating, occasional headache, wide open eyeballs, shouting and permanent stress. While you are busy to maintain that natural smile of yours, they hit you always when you are involved in a big event or fair. Its a kind of law. And you even have to pay for it.
But its worth the costs in any way. Because even with these annoying, unwanted effects you find a deep feeling of proudness. Celebrating the magic of a good teamspirit. Joy comes in when meeting old and new friends. And helping such a prestigious event like the Cartier Polo World Cup on Snow high up in St. Moritz to get successful? Well, that leaves you with a big smile while you drop dead on the bed and fall asleep. Even before you hit it. A free fall.
With the help of 10-goaler Pablo McDonough, Julius Bär won the ZwyerCaviar Trophy. In addition the winner received some articles of our own La Martina Limited Edition Collection and above all a Black Pearl with 125grm of ZwyerCaviar Oscietra Flor de Sal Malassol.

One of the greatest moments during this event was Saturday, the 31st of January 2009. Not only did Alexander Zwyer – the president and founder of ZwyerCaviar LLC - celebrate his 40th birthday that day. As if not enough, on the very same day it was held the ZwyerCaviar Trophy. Team Julius Bär competing against Maybach.

With the best weather conditions on our side we introduced the CaviarDome to the world of Polo.
It was a complete eyecatcher, indeed! From the outside and inside. Especially attracting where the vintage luggages from Louis Vuitton.

St. Moritz Aftermath: Prep work – Getting the CaviarDome ready

Looking back at this project it seems that there were many mountains to climb. A good preparation and coordination is half the work. A bad one multiplicates it. And even more when you rely on very few people. Obviously it was paramount for us to minimize our workload as much as possible.
In the following some snapshots that show our race against time (which we ultimately won).

Its done!
The Polo team of the Swiss Private Bank Julius Bär took home the prestigious trophy. Surely no easy task in comparison with this years array of top international polo players. But with the backing of one of worlds ultra-rare 10-goalers, the argentinian Pablo McDonough, the team managed to accomplish its objective. Even if it was his first time on snow…
