History was made yesterday. For the first time ever a Swiss German chef received the highest possible recognition in the gourmet world.

Der legendäre Club Diagonal und Jan Quensel von der Master Productions GmbH laden am Freitag den 5. Februar zur RUSSIAN NIGHT ein (Einladung). Zu einem exzessiven Abend darf natürlich auch kein Kaviar fehlen, weshalb die Gäste nebst den üblichen Verdächtigen wie Champagner und Vodka auch mit ZwyerCaviar verwöhnt werden. Wenn sich die abendlichen Schönheiten wie Matrjoschkas Ihren Pelzen entledigen und ihre Abendkleidchen zur Russischen Balalaika tanzen, dann lädt der Club Diagonal Zürich am 5. Februar 2010 wieder zur exklusiven Russian Night. Die Hommage an ausgelassene Moskauer Partynächte bietet Freude, Glamour und auch etwas Extravaganz, denn für einmal rühren wir das kleine Schwarze von Zwyer Caviar mit der grossen Kelle an und auch der Champagner von Louis Roederer sowie der Vodka fliessen in Wolga ähnlichen Strömen,
Mitten im Lauf des Abends schaukelt auch das Russische Duo Dwojka mit, welches mit echter Russischer Live-Folklore Zürich schon fast einen Moment vergessen lässt. Glücklicherweise erinnern uns aber Miss Zürich Michelle Morand und Mario Tamasi hintern den Plattentellern sehr bald wieder an die Vorzüge der Limmatstadt, so dass mit aufgeknöpftem Hemd und Pelzmütze feucht fröhlich bis in die Morgenstunden gefeiert werden darf.
Und sollte einer dann doch durch Singfreudigkeit, Pelzmütze und Balalaika vom Heimweh an die Russische Heimat übermannt werden, präsentieren wir exklusiv in Zürich die italienische Antwort auf Lada, genannt Ferrari 458 Italia, der einem auf schnellstem Wege der Russischen Heimat wieder näher brächte.

When Sotheby’s Zurich office invites its best clients, they sure come. On the 1st of December it was a gathering of art enthusiasts and epicureans alike. The setting of this social event was somewhat palpable and therefore promising: art & caviar.
As kindred spirits do, art & caviar share a common ground. Passion, desire, timelessness, uniqueness and the hypnotic feeling when touched by the devine.
Dr. Claudia Steinfels, Managing Director of Sotheby’s department in Zurich, led through the evening. Our family’s own premium caviar brand ZwyerCaviar got the oportunity to place itself right into focus.
Let me pass along some snapshots of this truly wonderful event in the heart of Zurich and take the oportunity to express our thanks to Dr. Steinfels and her team.

Charity event with ZwyerCaviar

Back in September the world famous Hadassah organization - the Women’s Zionist Organization of America - mounted a charity auction event in Zurich to support a hospital.
ZwyerCaviar LLC was proud for the opportunity to support its mission with the unique “Apple by ZwyerCaviar”, created by the artist Irma Roth and consisting of 3500 pearls. It was auctioned at aprox. 2’500USD.

Recently, directors of ZwyerCaviar followed an invitation to Zurich’s most upscale social event of the season where the premium caviar brand got introduced: The marriage between Frank Ebinger and Natalie Pershyna, held at the Carlton hotel in Zurich’s Bahnhofstrasse. Frank is one of Zurich’s top societal gatekeepers with international ties way beyond the superficial and boulevardesque.
Back in 1989 Frank bought the wine shop “Haus des Weins”, renaming it into “Casa del Vino Ebinger SA” in 2001 after focusing its line of products solely on ultra-premium spanish wine labels.
Some of the over 200 illustrious guests indulging ZwyerCaviar was the manager of the Old Vic Theater in London.

After the successful introduction into the Swiss market last winter season, ZwyerCaviar LLC is planning its international roll-out this year. Michelin star chefs (e.g. Andreas Caminada, Horst Petermann, André Jaeger), F&B Managers of 5* Hotels (e.g. Hyatt), luxury retail chains (e.g. Globus) and many private caviarists praise its absolut high quality caviar and its elegant-intelligent brand appearance.
After hitting the shelfs with the Black Pearl last October, containing optionally 1 or 2 tins of 125grams, ZwyerCaviar introduced the 1kg traditional tin back in December and the 30grams tin in February. Soon it will ad its new product to its already successful line-up: the 10grams tasting portion “TENTATIONS!”
