ZwyerCaviar inviting the Press

ZwyerCaviar invited the Press the other day.
The location can be considered as one of our home bases. There, we scored a home run. It was a big moment for ZwyerCaviar – and the right one. It was about showing off. Yes, I admit. It was about updating ZwyerCaviar. It was all about our new seductions. Being ready for this X-mas season. Ready to pamper our dear customers even deeper. Offering them not only one product – but five!
I come back to that in an other post.
Our thanks go especially to the legendary Swiss chef, Mr. André Jäger. The crowd, including us, where baffled about his intelligent anecdotes and profound caviar knowledge he shared with us that evening. Thank you!

Being in the desert: brilliant and hard

Last month I went to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for an intensive meet and greet with several parties. It was a unique experience and – thanks to the great hospitality of my fellow partners on site – a memorable one.

I was positively surprised about the great support I received from virtually any person I came across.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This was not the case with the heat hitting my face right after touch down. It was even worse than expected. As an Alpine mountain lion, dealing with ‘the desert’ was the hardest part. I really had to be crystal clear about my intentions before stepping out of the – oh, so beautifully airconditioned – car.

Many times I would have preferred the meetings being held inside my white Chevrolet, than in that ultra-luxurious hotel lobby, just meters away. The way getting there felt like a death trap to me. And apparently my body system did not blend in after days.

But nevertheless, when I sat on my punnet inside the 777, I was armed with endless good moments. This was a trip to be remembered of. And my thanks go out to John, Johnny, Geith, Ali, Girar and the many nameless helper on my way (including the nice navi-assistant who brought be safe back again)…

ZwyerCaviar is currently being placed in hot locations across the UAE (yes, pun intended). When facts drop in, I babble them out. Letting you know where to go for a nice caviar treat in this fascinating and friendly melting pot we all know as the UAE.

I finish this short travelog with the words of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and some snapshots:

Crans Montana – OMEGA European Masters

ProClima certification

As ZwyerCaviar LLC is following its ambitious action plan to get “the greener the better”, I want to share this with my fellow readers.

As in 2009, back in 2010 the entire operation got climat neutral via compensatory tickets. It’s not about acting voluntarily but rather acting responsable. We are not seeking shoulder taps, but rather looking for a common ground, a mutual understanding regarding values.

With MyClimate and ProClima we found competent and reliable partners.

ZwyerCaviar is dispatching all their parcels within Switzerland via railway and overnight, a service coordinated by the Swiss Post. And as ZwyerCaviar takes part in its ProClima projects, we get to offset our consignments, which by how the railway runs, already are quite eco responsible.

Now, this compensation was invested into a project called “Prony and Kafeate Wind Farms” in New Caledonia and generates 50 jobs. For more information, pls check this link:

The Emperor meets ZwyerCaviar

In the beginning of July took place a social happening at the Golf Club St. Leon-Rot near Heidelberg with the focus on charity. The Berenberg Bank, Germany’s oldest private bank and the main sponsor of this event, and the Franz Beckenbauer Foundation were impressed and very happy concerning the generous amount of 140’000EUR donated during the gala event at the club restaurant “Ace of Clubs”.

The entire event was perfected with ZwyerCaviar.

A resounding success! Following a snapshot with the “Kaiser” himself.
