		<description>Dear Markku,
Sorry for my late response as I was focused on other undertakings than this blog. But better now than never.
I am a bit doubtful if there is still a need in the market for more Siberian Sturgeon. The market seems to be quite saturated. And recirculated watersystems are not everybody´s darling. There are some veterinary issues to be considered. IMHO, nothing beats open, flow-through raceways.
Nevertheless, I wish you all the success with your enterprise.
Regards,
Caviarist</description>

		<description>Hello Caviarist!

Carelian Caviar Oy in Finland starts now to harvest caviar after six years indoor farming of Siberian Sturgeon with recirkulation system.

Interested to meet and change experiences and discuss caviar business in average?

Best regards
Markku Pättiniemi
